Services 
Services may vary depending on the clients needs. Photos will be provided in Google Drive link unless the client requests a USB. Photos will expire 1 month after being deleted to client unless agreed upon prior to contract.

All merchandise purchased is non-refundable.

Booking Deposit 
A deposit is required for booking a session. This deposit is non-refundable. This deposit will come off the total "amount agreed” and client will owe the remaining by date of event. Deposit is made through bank transfer titled “[Your Name]”

Payment 
Client will owe the total cost of services to paid before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed. 
 
Photographer will cover travel costs under 65km. Anything greater than 65km client will pay travel costs for.
 
Liability 
Client will be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairs or replacement of the photographer’s equipment that is damaged or destroyed by the client. 
 
Client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artist view.  

It is understood that it is the client’s responsibility to inform the photographer of any date or location changes. 
 
Intellectual Property 
The photographer is the legal owner of all images. After full payment is made, client has rights to post images on social media with credit to the photographer or print. Client does not have the rights to sell these images or authorise any reproductions thereof by parties other than the photographer. Photographer may use clients images for promotion for which the client will not be compensated. 
 
Indemnity 
Photographer is not responsible for any harm, loss or damage as a result of photographs. 
 
Failure to Perform 
If the photographer cannot perform this agreement due to a fire, stroke, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, the photographer shall return a full refund to the client. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. 
 
Confidentially 
Photographer will not distribute of client’s personal details such as residential address or contact information.
